No. If you can use Instagram or WhatsApp, you can use Lekkora. Most shops are set up within a day, and our team can help with the first upload of your catalog.
How long does setup actually take?+
Most single-location boutiques are up and running within a day. Larger catalogs or multi-staff teams may take a little longer, mainly to import existing inventory.
Can I import my existing inventory?+
Yes. You can bulk-import your catalog from a spreadsheet, or add items one at a time as you go.
Can I use my own domain name?+
Yes, on the Plus and Pro plans. Your storefront can run on your own domain instead of a shared address, so customers see your brand rather than ours.
Using Lekkora
Can I track rentals and outright sales together?+
Yes — that's the point. Rentals and sales live in the same catalog and the same ledger, side by side.
I only sell on Instagram, I don't have a shop. Does this work for me?+
Yes. Lekkora is built for sellers who run entirely out of a feed and a DM inbox, not just brick-and-mortar boutiques.
Can more than one person on my team use it?+
Yes, every plan supports multiple logins so your staff can update bookings and orders from their own devices.
Does Lekkora work on mobile?+
Yes, the dashboard works in any mobile browser. There's no separate app to install.
Does it handle stitching and alteration jobs?+
Yes. Custom tailoring is its own order type, so a blouse being stitched never gets confused with a piece going out on rent. You can see what is open, what is ready, and what is due today.
Can customers browse my catalog online?+
Yes, with the public catalog on the Pro plan. You choose which items and categories are visible, pick a theme and colours, and customers browse and enquire without you building a separate website.
I don't rent outfits or jewellery. Can I still use it?+
Very likely. Alongside the outfit and jewellery catalogs there are general product catalogs you rename to match whatever you rent or sell, so the system fits your stock rather than the other way round.
Can I send updates to customers on WhatsApp?+
Yes. Plus adds a WhatsApp connect button, and Pro adds WhatsApp notifications and broadcasts so you can tell your whole list when new stock lands.

Do I need a credit card to start a trial?+
No. You can create a trial tenant and start using Lekkora without entering any payment details.
What happens after early access ends?+
You'll get advance notice and a chance to lock in founder pricing before public plans go live.
Can I get my data out if I leave?+
Yes. Plus and Pro include imports and exports, so your catalog, customers and orders are yours to take with you. We do not hold your data hostage.
What happens if I outgrow my plan's limits?+
Each plan sets how many inventory items and monthly orders it covers. When you are close to those limits, moving up a plan is the fix — get in touch and we will help you pick the right one.
